Salvation Exim is an import-export and trading business that connects buyers with sourced products and works with approved suppliers to fulfil orders, including sourcing, documentation, and logistics. Product listings, grades, and information are provided for reference and may be updated at any time.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. Business accounts must be registered by an authorised representative.

• You must provide accurate, current information when registering.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Supplier accounts are subject to administrator approval. Suppliers agree to provide accurate business details, honour accepted orders, and use the portal only for legitimate trade. Order confirmation, amount confirmation, and payment-receipt confirmation actions are the responsibility of the supplier account holder (or, for order acceptance only, an administrator acting on the supplier’s behalf where expressly permitted).

Quote requests and order requests submitted through the website are invitations to treat, not binding contracts, until confirmed by Salvation Exim. Pricing, availability, specifications, and lead times are subject to confirmation. A binding contract arises only upon our written confirmation of an order.

Payment terms are agreed per order. Amounts, invoices, and payment confirmations are recorded on the platform. The website does not currently process card payments; settlement occurs through agreed banking channels. You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and charges.

You retain ownership of content you submit (inquiries, messages, images, documents) but grant us a licence to use it as needed to provide the services. You warrant that your content is lawful, accurate, and does not infringe third-party rights. We may remove content that breaches these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access, probe, or disrupt the platform.
• Upload malware or malicious files, or attempt injection/scraping/automated abuse.
• Misrepresent your identity or submit false trade information.

The website, branding, design, text, and graphics are owned by or licensed to Salvation Exim and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit them without our written permission.

The website and services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Salvation Exim Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the website or services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Salvation Exim, its directors, and employees from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, or your misuse of the services.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or where required for security, legal, or operational reasons. On termination, your right to use the services ends immediately. Provisions that by nature should survive (e.g. IP, liability, indemnity) will survive termination. You may stop using the services and request account closure at any time.

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
